At eBay Europe, she led cross-functional teams to map consumer journeys and built the company’s internal Marketing Academy to turn strategy into everyday practice. At Mammut, she shaped integrated marketing programs that brought brand and performance closer together. More recently, at the Student Project House at ETH Zurich, she helped a fast-scaling initiative find a single, focused position — contributing to 200% growth in a year. Justyna co-founded Chakra Hive to bring that same senior-level thinking to companies who need it most, without the agency overhead.
