Abhishek runs the technology behind the marketing — email platforms, customer data, and the automations that connect them. He currently works for a Swiss consumer-centric platform, where he owns the customer data infrastructure and cross-channel marketing operations at scale. His approach is hands-on and pragmatic: self-cleaning subscriber lists, automated deliverability checks, and preference centers built with tools teams already have, rather than new ones bolted on. Earlier he worked in various roles in eBay, e.c. Software, ABG Communications to name a few. Abhishek co-founded Chakra Hive to bring senior, no-nonsense Martech expertise to companies without the overhead of a big agency or a full-time hire.
